The entryway felt neglected, with garbage cans in plain sight!!! Climbing 66 steps without any elevator or help was an unnecessary hassle. The multi-key system was complicated and annoying to deal with!!!

The room was clean, stylish, and conveniently located just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The friendly staff went out of their way to help, especially with airport needs.

Just a heads up, the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyable experience. 😊
